From customer navigation menu click Add New Customer button to add new customer.

Can I edit or delete a customer?

Yes, from customer search result click on Edit or Delete button to edit or delete the customer.

Can I email invoices to more than one person?

Yes, Invoicing Made Simple supports emailing invoices up to 2 recipients.

How can I change my plan?

You can change your plan by sending an email to admin@invoicingmadesimple.com

How can I change my account information?

You can change your account information by logging into your account under settings menu.

Can I get a refund?

Please contact customer service at admin@invoicingmadesimple.com if you have any questions or are not satisfied using Invoicing Made Simple.

What versions of Quickbooks does IMS work with?

IMS works with Quickbooks version 2009 and higher.
